Combination key description

  • Command (⌘)-R: Use the built-in recovery image for system recovery,If there is no built-in recovery image,I got it online;
    • Option-Command-R Download the latest recovery mode image online,But there may be various reasons that your motherboard firmware is too old,No way to start a new recovery mode;
    • Shift-Option-Command-R Download the oldest recovery mode image online,Is the version of the current device when it leaves the factory,At least it won't open,But it is estimated that there is a lack of support for NVMe,Can't find the NVMe hard drive。
  • Option (⌥) or Alt: Boot options,Will show all supported boot options,Older Macs will directly display the built-in recovery mode startup items。

  • Shift (⇧): Start in safe mode,Will not load third-party drivers or the like;
